Privacy information.

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use frait.cz and its AI enquiry guide.

1. Data controller

The controller is Robert Frait, Brno, Czech Republic. For privacy matters, contact info@berto.cz.

2. Data processed

I process information you provide in an enquiry or subsequent communication, particularly your name, company, email address, telephone number and project information. For security and abuse prevention, the website also works briefly with your IP address, request metadata and a session identifier.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal, arrange a consultation and, where applicable, enter into and perform a contract. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and legitimate interests in website security and spam prevention. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. AI guide and recipients

The conversation content is sent through the OpenAI API to generate a reply and enquiry summary. Google reCAPTCHA protects submissions by evaluating technical and behavioural signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. The enquiry and confirmation email are delivered using hosting and email service providers.

These providers also apply their own OpenAI privacy policy, Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable legal safeguards.

5. Retention

The website keeps the chat only for the current session. The anti-spam counter resets daily and stores only a one-way hash of the IP address. Enquiries and subsequent correspondence are retained for as long as needed to handle them and protect legal claims, normally no longer than three years after the last communication unless the law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. Send requests to info@berto.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Your choice

Using the AI guide is voluntary. If you do not wish to provide information through OpenAI and Google services, use the direct email address or telephone number shown on the website. Do not enter special categories of personal data or other sensitive information into the chat.
